The biggest change is my confidence to rock the extra medium tees. The baggy clothes are now gone from the wardrobe. Everything fits now. In the past I could never rock clothes this small, I would’ve felt awkward. Now, I feel comfortable…. And I’d feel sloppy if I was still wearing the baggy shit I used to wear.

Don’t you love it when this happens VK. Girls and their ideas of the “type” they like. I’ve also been an “exception to their type” a few times too.
JL on April 21, 2011 1:04 am I can’t help but smirk every time I overhear a woman say “You’re not my type” to some poor bloke. They may have preferences for a certain look or style but the only type most woman want is “not beta”.

VK: I’ve been wondering on the topic regarding abs and beer. I usually drink around 4-7 beers per weekend when I go out. Is it possible to get that six pack out when still drinking beer?
