I have – always, been prone to physical & mental reaction to stress imposed by humans who seem less likely to effect me when I take responsibility for my health – and well-being.

I have noticed an ability to keep myself sick – if/when I allow myself too frequently isolated in an unclean address or personal hygiene status…I’ve been sick with upper respiratory issues, and bad knees…so, my 5-10 miles of walking each day has been – seriously, reduced.

Then, when I take the time to do things which keep me among others – however “public place” – & ignored, I may be, I notice I feel better, and am motivated to walk more; exert myself; and keep myself reading about ways to motivate myself to more positive occupations.

I have weights, reading material, and video of movements I should practice.

I struggle to utilize these tools toward practices I prefer – yet, I am comforted by the reminders.
