We are adding colors to the trees using outdoor RGBW lights. The fun part: They are ZigBee-powered, creating their own mesh network on the fly. Using [https://zigbee2mqtt.io zigbee2mqtt], they can be controlled individually using only open source software from your smartphone!

Go to http://151.216.41.170:8081/#/group/1 and click the color button of any light to set a color, or use the color temperature slider to set a white color!

I brought a regular A4 inkjet printer ([https://www.epson.eu/en_EU/support/sc/epson-ecotank-et-4750/s/s1563 Epson EcoTank ET-4750]) along, with lots of ink and paper. Nothing fancy obviously, there might be better options to print on the camp site, but this is probably enough to print some fun signs or your train tickets :)

== Availability ==
Printing-as-a-service is available since Tuesday afternoon, and will probably close Saturday evening! It is located right next to the Southpole, now even with it's own [https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/map/haxogreen-2024_1088282?feature=PAAS%20Printing%20As%20A%20Service#19/49.47989/6.07756 map entry]!

== How to ==
[[User:lukaro|Contact me]] if you have something to print. Send me a PDF and the amount of copies you'd need. Also indicate whether one-sided printing on used paper (back side might have some school material on it) is okay. Otherwise paper will be [https://www.memo.de/500-blatt-recycling-kopierpapier-memoprint-din-a4-80-g-m2-k1643 80g/m² unbleached 70% ISO whiteness recycling] I also have a bit of photo paper A4 and 10x15, so if there's a reason to use that just ask :)

== Ecology ==
Of course, printing requires ink and paper, so we should not print useless stuff. However, by using [https://www.octopus-office.de/shop/de/nachfuelltinte/nachfuelltinte-epson/epson-102/5604/druckertinte-fuer-epson-102-ecotank-et-2700-et-2750-et-3700-et-3750-et-4750-cmyk?number=E102S3 bottled ink] and non-bleached or even already used paper, this is probably as ecological as printing gets :) Power is supplied by our small solar power plant.

I brought a regular A4 inkjet printer ([https://www.epson.eu/en_EU/support/sc/epson-ecotank-et-4750/s/s1563 Epson EcoTank ET-4750]) along, with lots of ink and paper. Nothing fancy obviously, there might be better options to print on the camp site, but this is probably enough to print some fun signs or your train tickets :)

Nothing fancy obviously, there might be better options to print on the camp site, but this is probably enough to print some fun signs or your train tickets :)
