Also in 2022, there will be massage sessions by the [http://muscle.hacker.lu/ muscle hacker guy(s)].
This is a targeted intense pressure massage. No fuzzy "let's wobble those muscles a bit" stuff. Several styles are offered.
* Shoulder/neck. This is cool as you can continue programming on your computer
* back: the annoying left and right parts along the spine
* full body, see the picture below

Almost every day there is some actual [http://muscle.hacker.lu/ muscle hacking] going on. Some call it Yoga. Check [https://pretalx.com/haxogreen-2020/ pretalx] for times and location. Usually at 10am on grassy plain near talks room. In case of rain, we will move chairs in the room and do it inside.

You will have to pre register on [https://pretalx.com/haxogreen-2022/ pretalx] or contact the [[Infodesk]], because in case of no interest, the workshop(s) will not happen. Minimum attendance: 1 (one).

What do you need to bring? Check the [http://muscle.hacker.lu/#equipment website] (i.e. a towel. Wear comfy clothes. Don't forget sunscreen. If possible bring your own yoga mat. Camping mats are mostly not suitable. Some mats are available on site).

This will be an introductory session. If you are an experienced practitioner, acrobat, gymnast, please inform beforehand and there will be a [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KtzbkOfVRA#t=3m21s dedicated advanced session].
