A "Self-organized Session" includes everything - everything that is organized by you!

Such an event can be...
* ... a gathering of a project group or on a special topic,
* ... a contest or a game
* ... a small talk or lecture
* ... a screening of a movie
* ... something with music, literature and art
* ... a follow-up-discussion on one of the talks or another topic that happened rencently
* ... everything else you think that needs to take place at the camp
* ... it might even be a workshop!

== Build-up ==
Buildup starts on Monday July 23rd 2018 at 10:00 on the HaxoGreen camp site.

If you are ready to help with the build-up, you can stay on the camp site starting Monday evening.

Helping hands will be taken care of by our staff providing you with food and drinks.

If you plan to arrive early, please add your nickname, the amount of people you are travelling with (including yourself) and the day and time of arrival so we can plan accordingly.
