Sadly I’ve felt almost desperate to find a nice girl (or two) right now and I have not felt good about it recently. I got laid two months ago and kissed with a few hot girls since then, but I want more. At work tonight I was on fire. I work with a lot of cute girls and tonight I was on cue, I was not anxious and basically pitiful mentally as I feel I can sometimes be. I could feel my energy orientating through everyone else. I was oozing postive energy. My energy level was through the roof. Earlier today when i sat down to read I felt much calmer and better able to comprehend the book It really is interesting and invigorating. I am going to stick with this for a while and probably use the 7 day cycle.

I’ll add: if you must masturbate, use a sex toy, like the Fleshlight. I’m not sure why guys settle for their hands when their are toys out there now that actually come close to simulating a vagina. I guess it’s taboo, and that’s a shame.
