Efcc was established to investigate governmental fraud that affects the economy not going after private citizens whose activities does not in any way deprive the economy and the Nigerian people .. This was how Nigerians supported SARS illegality out of ignorant and envy until some people summon up courage to challenge it before the authorities put an end to it.... The intent of 419 law against a foreigner or foreigners is to investigate when you receive a report from a victim, the victim ready to establish his or her case against the accused and will be present in court to testify what transpired before the accused could be find guilty and prosecuted after investigation, but these criminals called efcc officials now abuse the law, hide under government backed authority and the so called anti corruption war which is not intended for private citizens that deals with foreigners to dispossess these helpless guys and people keep supporting them..bit.ly Who reported a case of fraud against them nobody, where is their supposed victims nowhere to be found and who wrote a petition against them nobody.... They should not abandon their assets and properties to anybody, get a strong lawyer to defend you and when taking to court, plead not guilty and insist that efcc must bring and identify your scam victim, bring him or her down to Nigeria as the law says to testify against you and prove you defrauded him or her suspicious email account is not an evidence that you defrauded anybody .. By the time these boys stop being naive and challenge efcc this way, they will stop wasting tax payers money arresting and investigating for personal gain..
